REFUND POLICY

At BTT store, our aim is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.

Eligible Items:  To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, inclusive of all accessories and documentation. Additionally, please ensure you provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframe: Contact our customer service team at 99743247 /96032487within 14 working days to initiate a return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Condition: Please note that returned items must be in new, unused, sealed, and undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund.

Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Method: Return the product to BTT office for both delivery and store pick-up orders. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds may take 1-5 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our customer service team immediately at 99743247. Return the product to BTT office for both delivery and store pick-up orders. Upon inspection, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
